At Nordic On Nine (Recovery HCT Inc.) hereinafter referred to as "Nordic On Nine”, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and provide opportunities for other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe

Appointments can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask our clients to notify us in a timely manner to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other individuals seeking our wellness services.

Cancellation Methods

Clients may cancel their appointments through our online booking system. For online cancellations, please log into your account and cancel there.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made after 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations. In such cases, a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged. For members, this service will be deducted from your account without the possibility of rescheduling.

Members - 12 hours for no fee

No-Show Policy

If a client does not cancel their appointment and fails to attend, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged. This policy helps us maintain service efficiency and respect our clients and staff's time.

Member no-show - $20 charge.

Arrivals

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the session to check-in and get settled. Arriving early helps maintain the flow and energy of the session. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to create a safe environment.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies or sudden illnesses can occur, preventing clients from adhering to our cancellation policy. Please reach out to us as soon as possible in these situations, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Rescheduling

Please reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before the original appointment time. Any rescheduling within 12 hours will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service. You can reschedule online before that 12-hour window.

Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not provide refunds.

Age Policy

Sauna, Cold Plunge: Guests MUST BE 18 years or older.

Dress & Hygiene Policy

All participants must wear swim suits or gym attire. Although this is a traditional Scandinavian Ice Spa, we are not in Europe, so please cover up. We recommend you wear flip flops, slides or sandals. Sweat towels (hand sized) are provided. We encourage you to bring your own bath towel to dry off. If you forget your bath towel or sandals, we have towels and slides for sale at the front desk.

To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, the use of fragrant products, scented products, essential oils, perfumes, or any similar substances is strictly prohibited within the premises of Nordic on Nine sauna and cold plunge Scandinavian Ice Spa. These products can affect air quality, trigger sensitivities, be absorbed into the cedar wood in the saunas or create slippery surfaces, posing risks to all users. We ask that all employees and guests refrain from applying or bringing such items into the facility. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for everyone.
