The cold plunge is in the sauna. This shared sauna is a smaller room able to hold 5-7 people comfortably at a time. The ice bath has the capacity to have 1-2 people in at a time.

The cold plunge is set to 40°F - 45°F.

The sauna is set to 170°F - 185°F.
