Spacious sauna and cold plunge

The ice bath is located just outside of the sauna doors. This larger shared sauna is able to hold 8-10 people comfortably at a time.

The main ice bath has the capacity to hold up to 2-3 people at a time.

The sauna is set to 170°F - 185°F.

The cold plunge is set to 50°F - 55°F.
